The Digi Yatra app is available for both Android and iPhone. It can be downloaded free of cost on any smartphone.
DigiYatra App Enrolment Process
Step 1: Download the DigiYatra App by Digi Yatra Foundation from Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS) and register using your mobile number and OTP (Aadhar linked Mobile number only)
Step 2: Link your Identity Credentials using DigiLocker or Offline Aadhaar.
Step 3: Click a selfie picture when prompted and upload onto the app.
Step 4: Update your Boarding Pass on the DigiYatra App and share with the departure airport.

“ION”, a brand owned by DVOIS Communications Private Limited provides Wi-Fi services at the Hyderabad Rajiv Gandhi International Airport.
Passengers can utilize mobile phones, tablets or laptops to browse the Internet via the free Wi-Fi.

International – Wi-Fi kiosk is available near the information desk at baggage belt 11. Passengers need to scan their passport and a coupon with the OTP will be issued through which passengers can access the Wi-Fi for free up to 2 hours.
Login Procedure
- Enable Wi-Fi on your Laptop, Mobile, Tablet, Other device for Wi-Fi networks.
- On your device, connect to the airport Wi-Fi SSID: “Hyderabad Airport-Free-WiFi”
- Once the login page loads, choose the country where your SIM card / mobile number is registered in. Enter your mobile number (required as per Telecom Regulatory Authority of India rules & regulations) and select “I agree to terms & conditions”
- Choose “Get SMS-OTP” to receive SMS. If you already have an OTP, choose “Already have OTP”
- Enter the OTP in the field provided and choose “Submit”
- Receive a SMS of Serial No. and Pin and “Save Serial No. and Pin “
- Start browsing and enjoy FREE Internet

We have a dedicated transfer desk, first-of-its-kind, to assist transfer passengers. Located at Arrivals, Belt No 2, the transfer desk assists passengers in Domestic to Domestic and Domestic to International transfers.

Hand Baggage Trolleys / Carts: Available on the departure ramp, parking area, check-in hall and near the baggage belts.
Shopping / Small Trollers: Available post security check and on arrival near the exit of the aerobridges.
Ramps and Elevators
For easy access to Departing passengers, Elevators are available from Car Parking level that will take you just next to the Departure Gates 1 and 2. Arriving passengers can make use of Escalators and ramps from Arrival forecourt to Level E for onward access to Parking area, Radio Cabs, Pushpak Bus service, Food court and other Eateries.

Fastag:
Hyderabad airport parking is enabled with Fastag facility. Parking users can enter through dedicated Fastag lanes and park the vehicle at convenient location. Maximum amount payable through Fastag is Rs. 1,500
Parking restrictions on the Arrival and Departure ramps
Arrival - Private cars/Government vehicle for a 90-second duration (free parking). No Minibus/ Bus/ Heavy vehicle/ yellow plate Taxi/ two-wheeler allowed on to the arrival ramp.
Departure - All cars/ Taxi allowed for dropping the passengers/ visitors but no pick up from departure. No Minibus/Bus/ Heavy vehicle/two wheeler allowed on to Departure ramp.
VIP Parking - For all central /state ministers, MP, MLA, high government official, foreign official delegation, Army/Police official and VIP/VVIP of Protocol department etc.
Two wheelers and Auto Rickshaws are not allowed at all the ramps.

WHEEL CHAIR
Airport Kruz, an automated wheelchair service is available on chargeable basis to passengers travelling through Rajiv Gandhi International airport. The service is a mix of electrical and manual wheel chair. Passengers can place their request for the wheelchair service either at the Airport Kruz counter situated at Domestic and International Departures or book on +91- 7654321737. The Charges per trip at Domestic are Rs. 500/- (inclusive taxes) and for International are Rs. 1000/- (inclusive taxes). The charges are subject to change without notice. The service is available from the pick up point to the boarding gate and vice versa. The service is in addition to the complimentary service already being offered by the airlines.

Travelling with your young ones can be a challenge. To address this and ease your family’s travel experience, Hyderabad Airport offers complimentary baby stroller service. The passengers can avail the stroller service for their toddlers from the information desk at check-in area and use it until the boarding gate.
Transfer Desk
On arrival at Hyderabad Airport, transfer passengers having onward connections with boarding passes will have to go through the transfer channel located within the arrival hall for security check screening and proceed to boarding gates by following the directional signage. Service counters and airport staff are deployed at the transfer area for passenger assistance, in case required.

Hyderabad International Airport has a dedicated waiting area for Passengers with Reduced Mobility (PRM) that caters to special needs in terms of seating and phone facilities. The departure passengers can relax in the waiting areas till the pre-booked help arrives. The arrival passengers can sit back at the dedicated area at Arrivals, Departures and wait to be picked up by their friends/relatives or till they hail a cab.
