Domestic Departures and International Departures are within the same main Terminal building.

It is recommended that you arrive 120 minutes prior to the departure for domestic flights and 180 minutes for International flights or as communicated by the respective airline.

Parents of unaccompanied minors need to contact respective airlines for the handover procedure before check-in.

Yes we have sufficient baby care rooms at RGIA located at all levels.

All passengers can enjoy free Wi-Fi for 2 hours while they are at the airport. For assistance, contact the nearest Help desk.

RGIA offers barrier-free access for passengers with special needs. For assistance at the airport, you are requested to contact your respective Airlines in advance.

Pregnant women would require to produce "Fit to Fly" certificate to the airlines before travel. For further information, please contact your respective airline.

International passengers holding valid tickets can enter the terminal building only 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. However, they can use the facility at the Passenger Transportation Center (PTC).

Yes, Forex counters are available at both arrivals and departures.

Medicines can be carried on board with the prescription from the Doctor

A free shuttle service is available from the Arrival ramp to the international departures Terminal There is also a ramp from the arrivals leading to the International Departures Terminal

Domestic departures and International arrivals are within the same terminal building. On collecting the baggage the passengers can exit the arrival hall and proceed one level up for Domestic departures

RGIA had now an Integrated main Terminal for processing both Domestic and International Passengers for Arrivals and Departures.

We have a Visitors gallery at the International Departure hall for visitors and a designated area (Airport Village) outside the arrival hall.

Vehicles are permitted to pull up kerbside, but ONLY for picking up or dropping off passengers. Vehicles left unattended at the kerb will be towed and fined.

We have designated smoking zones across the terminal building

Baggage Storage / Cloak Room Facility is available at the arrivals. 08:00 hrs to 20:00 hrs.

You are requested to contact your respective Airlines and provide the details regarding your misplaced baggage before you leave the airport.

It is advised that you contact your respective Airline for detailed information on baggage size and weight to be carried in the flight.

There is a valet parking facility at the domestic departures.

Yes. RGIA has multiple Taxi option

You can use any of the following options:

  1. Hire a cab from the authorized car rental counters available at Arrivals area
  2. Use the TSRTC city bus service
  3. APSRTC & TSRTC intercity bus service

We request you to register a complaint at the GMR information counter. Necessary steps will be taken in this regard.

Credit cards can be used at all retail stores and ticketing counters.

We have an exclusive drop off zone reserved for passengers with reduced mobility (PRM) along with a separate entry lane, priority Emigration counter and security check lane. Passenger requiring wheelchair assistance are advised to approach respective airlines in advance. Dedicated washrooms for passengers with reduced mobility is available throughout the terminal. Buggy services are available for PRM post security check.
