It is recommended that you arrive 120 minutes prior to the departure for domestic flights and 180 minutes for International flights or as communicated by the respective airline.

International passengers holding valid tickets can enter the terminal building only 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. However, they can avail the lounge facility available at Plaza Premium located at the Car Park level or use the facility at the Passenger Transportation Center (PTC).

Yes, Forex counters are available at both arrivals and departures.

A free shuttle service is available from the Arrival ramp to the international departures Terminal There is also a ramp from the arrivals leading to the International Departures Terminal

Domestic departures and International arrivals are within the same terminal building. On collecting the baggage the passengers can exit the arrival hall and proceed one level up for Domestic departures

RGIA has an integrated arrival terminal for processing both domestic and international passengers. For passengers taking international flights from the International Departures Terminal (IIDT), there is a free shuttle service available at the Arrivals ramp. Adequate signages lead you to the bay / shuttle parking area.

We have a Visitors gallery at the International Departure hall for visitors and a designated area (Airport Village) outside the arrival hall.

Vehicles are permitted to pull up kerbside, but ONLY for picking up or dropping off passengers. Vehicles left unattended at the kerb will be towed and fined.

We have designated smoking zones across the terminal building

Baggage Storage / Cloak Room Facility is available at the arrivals. 08:00 hrs to 20:00 hrs.

The passenger growth at Hyderabad International Airport has been exponential over the years. The Interim International Departures Terminal (IIDT) has been developed keeping passengers’ comfort in focus. IIDT will be catering to all international departures, while the existing Passenger Terminal Building is being expanded to handle more than double the present capacity, which will take around 3-4 years to complete.

The main passenger terminal and other airport facilities are undergoing a large scale capacity expansion to meet the growth in traffic. During this intervening period, the Interim International Departures Terminal (IIDT) has been developed as an extension of the existing airport with the objective of offering additional interim capacity, without compromising on passenger experience and service quality.

The facility will be available till the completion of the airport expansion.

All International Airlines operating from Hyderabad International Airport operate now from this dedicated Interim International Departures Terminal (IIDT) facility. The passengers are advised to check with their respective airlines before starting for the airport. Passengers who are booked and travelling to domestic destinations are also advised to report at Interim International Terminal (IIDT) as per their scheduled departures time.

The current existing terminal will now cater to the growing domestic passenger requirements, which will enhance the service and passenger experience.

The Interim International Departures Terminal (IIDT) at Hyderabad offers all necessary facilities to provide a seamless experience to flyers. This includes adequate numbers of check-in counters, X-ray machines, Immigration Counters. IIDT is also equipped with a host of new technologies viz. India’s first ever remote hand baggage screening facility, which when coupled with the new Automatic Tray Retrieval System (ATRS) hand baggage screening, for faster hand baggage screening and enhancing passenger experience. IIDT is conveniently connected with the entire Hyderabad city and Telangana through bus Service, Airport Taxi and also through Uber and Ola.

We have Radio Taxi pick up service available from the terminal.

Pushpak Bus services will be available at IIDT and free shuttle bus from Passenger Transport center.

The Interim International Departures Terminal (IIDT) has its own dedicated parking area.

Yes, plaza premium lounge facility is available at boarding gates after security check.

A dedicated Free Shuttle service has been arranged between the existing terminal and Interim International Departures Terminal (IIDT) for the convenience of passengers. This shuttle service will be available at the Arrivals Ramp and will operate at regular intervals. It takes close to 05 minutes transit from the existing terminal to the International Departures Terminal.

We have an exclusive drop off zone reserved for passengers with reduced mobility (PRM) along with a separate entry lane, priority Emigration counter and security check lane. Passenger requiring wheelchair assistance are advised to approach respective airlines in advance. Dedicated washrooms for passengers with reduced mobility is available throughout the terminal. Buggy services are available for PRM post security check.
