Login Procedure
- Enable Wi-Fi on your Laptop, Mobile, Tablet, Other device for Wi-Fi networks.
- On your device, connect to the airport Wi-Fi SSID: “Hyderabad Airport-Free-WiFi”
- Once the login page loads, choose the country where your SIM card / mobile number is registered in. Enter your mobile number (required as per Telecom Regulatory Authority of India rules & regulations) and select “I agree to terms & conditions”
- Choose “Get SMS-OTP” to receive SMS. If you already have an OTP, choose “Already have OTP”
- Enter the OTP in the field provided and choose “Submit”
- Receive a SMS of Serial No. and Pin and “Save Serial No. and Pin “
- Start browsing and enjoy FREE Internet

Users have to be aware that Wi-Fi Internet services are provisioned and regulated as per TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) guidelines to provide a secure network through 'proper authentication measures'

Our Straight-to-Security option without check-in baggage, benefits over 40% of domestic passengers during peak hours. It also reduces congestion at check-in areas and helps airlines in improving their On Time Performance ( OTP ). We also have 10 “self-check-in” machines.

EXCLUSIVE TRANSFER SERVICES
Transfer Desk:
We have a dedicated transfer desk, first-of-its-kind, to assist transfer passengers. Located at Arrivals, Belt No 2, the transfer desk assists passengers in Domestic to Domestic and Domestic to International transfers.
Trolleys
Hand Baggage Trolleys / Carts: Available on the departure ramp, parking area, check-in hall and near the baggage belts.
Shopping / Small Trollers: Available post security check and on arrival near the exit of the aerobridges.
Ramps and Elevators
For easy access to Departing passengers, Elevators are available from Car Parking level that will take you just next to the Departure Gates 1 and 2. Arriving passengers can make use of Escalators and ramps from Arrival forecourt to Level E for onward access to Parking area, Radio Cabs, Pushpak Bus service, Food court and other Eateries.
Paid Porter assistance
We offer Paid Porter service to assist you with your luggage, at a nominal cost. Their services can be booked at the Departure.

Plaza Premium operates two business lounges inside Passenger Terminal Building (Domestic and International).

The Hyderabad Rajiv Gandhi International Airport has tied up with Plaza Premium Lounge for maintaining and managing Lounges in the airport. The spacious lounges are located at both Domestic Departure and International Departure areas on the airside. The design concept is contemporary, stylish and serene. Rs.50.00 for first half-an-hour
Rs.150 for half an hour to one hour
Rs.200 for one hour to two hours
Rs.50.00 for each subsequent hour or part thereof
Rs.300.00 for 24 hours

Parking restrictions on the Arrival and Departure ramps
Arrival - Private cars/Government vehicle for a 90-second duration (free parking). No Minibus/ Bus/ Heavy vehicle/ yellow plate Taxi/ two-wheeler allowed at the arrival ramp.
Departure - All cars/ Taxi allowed for dropping the passengers/ visitors but no pick up from departure. No Mini bus/Bus/ Heavy vehicle/two wheeler Allowed at Departure.
All cars / Taxi can use new Pick up point at Level C for pickup the passenger but no parking at that point.
VIP Parking - For all central /state ministers, MP, MLA, high government official, foreign official delegation, Army/Police official and VIP/VVIP of Protocol department etc.
Two wheelers and Auto Rickshaws are not allowed at all the ramps.

WHEEL CHAIR
Airport Kruz, an automated wheelchair service is available on chargeable basis to passengers travelling through Rajiv Gandhi International airport. The service is a mix of electrical and manual wheel chair. Passengers can place their request for the wheelchair service either at the Airport Kruz counter situated at Domestic and International Departures or book on +91- 7654321737. The Charges per trip at Domestic are Rs. 500/- (inclusive taxes) and for International are Rs. 1000/- (inclusive taxes). The charges are subject to change without notice. The service is available from the pick up point to the boarding gate and vice versa. The service is in addition to the complimentary service already being offered by the airlines.

The Hyderabad Rajiv Gandhi International Airport provides two conveniently located prayer rooms within the passenger terminal building.
