• The prize is not transferable.
• Winner should present the winning coupon counterfoil, bill of purchase, valid boarding pass on date of purchase and a Govt. issued photo id to claim the prize.
• The Car offered as prize is Skoda Kushaq (Subject to change in case of discontinuation or non-availability of the model) with a maximum value of Rs. 10,49,999/-. Any amount over and above the amount of Rs. 10,49,999/- at any point of time, shall be borne solely by the winner.
• Any additional cost and /or taxes, insurances including but not limited to Income tax or any other obligations as per the Government norms etc. that will be charged over and above said amount and shall be borne by the winner.
• Prizes mentioned in the campaign are one prize for each winner.
• This offer is not applicable for Airport Employees & Other Staff working at the airport. This offer is applicable to only bonafide passengers Departing/ Arriving from & to Hyderabad airport.
• Income tax (TDS) amount for Car will be on up to maximum of Rs. 10,49,999/-.

• Winner shall abide by all terms & conditions applicable.
• After the winner pays the tax amount (i.e., TDS), GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited will release the possession/letter of award to the prize winner.
