TERMS & CONDITIONS :

• The prize is not transferable
• Winner should present the coupon counterfoil, bill and a Govt. issued photo id to claim the prize
• The Car offered as prize is Skoda Rapid Rider plus 1.0 TSI MT (Subject to change in case of discontinuation or non-availability of the model) with Ex-Showroom price upto a maximum value of Rs. 8,00,000/-. Any amount over and above the amount of Rs.8,00,000/- at any point of time, shall be borne solely by the winner.
• Any additional cost and /or taxes, insurances including but not limited to Gift tax or any other obligations as per the Government norms etc. that will be charged over and above said amount and shall be borne by the winner.
• Gift tax (TDS) amount will be on ex-showroom price up to maximum of Rs.8,00,000/-, subject to ex show room price of the car.
• Winner shall abide by all terms & conditions displayed at the airport stores as well as the website (www.hyderabad.aero)
• After the winner pays the tax amount (i.e., TDS), GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited will release the possession/award letter of the car to winner.
• GHIAL & LHAMPL reserves the right to withdraw/modify amend the offer without any prior notice or reason
• Disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of court in Hyderabad only.
