The inaugural flight, Indigo 6E 6145 took off with 179 passengers from Hyderabad at 7:40 hrs. to the beach destination, Goa. In addition to Indigo, Go First airlines also commenced its daily flight service to New Goa Manohar International Airport today.

The new Goa Manohar International Airport at Mopa, was inaugurated by Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi on Dec 11th, 2022. The design and aesthetics of the airport will enchant passengers from the moment they land and is sure to entice them to choose the airport at Mopa for their travel. Built on 2,132 acres, the New Goa Manohar International Airport is located at Pernem Taluka in North Goa.
