All the refund queries to be addressed to invoicequeries@mapmygenome.in and Mapmygenome (MMG) will reply to the query. The refund will be processed in 10 to 12 working days.

Refund will be initiated back to the same mode of payment used for booking.

Yes, passenger can book RT-PCR test for domestic transit too.

Before, the flight departure time.

Passengers can use the same pre-booked receipt within 30 days from the day of travel they booked. After 30 days it will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded to the users. 10% of cancellation charges are applicable. So no need to reschedule.

Yes, passengers can contact Mapmygenome (MMG) on 1800102459510.

Passengers needs to contact info@mapmygenome.in with their MMG ID (Mapmygenome ID generated during booking) through their registered email. Once the lab receive a cancelation request, they will cancel the test and refund the amount accordingly.

Travellers from specified Countries at risk as identified by the Government of India will be required to take the RT-PCR test on arrival.

High Risk Countries: Countries in Europe including The United Kingdom, South Africa, Brazil, Botswana, China, Ghana, Mauritius, New Zealand, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Hong Kong, Israel, Congo, Ethiopia, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Nigeria, Tunisia, Zambia.

Besides carrying an RT-PCR report, travellers from specified Countries at risk are mandated to undergo RT-PCR test on arrival

Passport (Self- declaration form as uploaded in Air Suvidha Portal is also required to be carried in soft or hard copy)

For Rapid PCR (optional) - 2 hours – INR 2900

For RT-PCR - 6 hours – INR 500

Results of the RT-PCR test will be given in hard copy.

For faster processing and saving time, pre-book the test prior to arrival at the airport. Other modes of payment cash, credit and debit cards and digital payments.

A dedicated waiting area is available for passengers who wait for the result after taking the RT-PCR test.

Dedicated area is available for travellers with reduced mobility. Baby care rooms and washrooms are in the nearby vicinity of the waiting area.

If tested negative passengers will follow, home quarantine for 7 days.

Re-test on the 8th day of arrival in India and if negative, further self-monitor of their health for next 7 days. International Passengers arriving in India from 'at - risk countries' 10th Jan'22 onwards will have to re-test on the 8th day of home quarantine and upload the report on the Air Suvidha portal . If negative, further self-monitor health for the next 7 days. If positive, will have to go through the procedure as in the next FAQ.

If travellers are tested positive, their samples should be sent for genomic testing at INSACOG laboratory network.

They shall be managed at separate isolation facility and treated as per laid down standard protocol.

The contacts of such positive case should be kept under institutional quarantine or at home quarantine monitored strictly by the concerned State Government as per laid down protocol.
