Mr. SGK Kishore, CEO of GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited (GHIAL) along with GHIAL officials and Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) stakeholders receiving the 3rd Best Airport Award in Airport Service Quality (ASQ) to RGIA, Hyderabad at a gala awards ceremony organised by Airports Council International (ACI) during ACI Asia-Pacific / World Annual General Assembly in Jordan.

RGIA has retained its position among the Top 3 airports in its category for the 6th consecutive year in the ASQ survey by ACI. While retaining its ranking, RGIA has been continuously raising its bar of service quality by improving on the ASQ Score from 4.44 in 2009 to 4.82 in 2014. Last year, RGIA featured in the league of one of the few Airports who were awarded the ACI Director General’s Roll of Excellence for consistently being in the Top 3 rankings in the world in their category for 5 consecutive years.
